All services are provided subject to availability, scope, fit, and any separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or written confirmation.
3. Fit Calls
A 10-minute fit call is an introductory call intended to assess suitability, scope, and next steps. It is not a full consultation, audit, legal review, or implementation session. BVOS may decline to proceed if the fit is not appropriate.
4. Paid Consultation
The standard paid consultation is a 60-minute appointment priced at USD 300, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The consultation is intended to provide strategic insight, recommendations, and discussion around business challenges, systems, operations, revenue leakage, retention, customer journey, automation, AI use cases, or related matters.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the consultation fee covers the consultation session itself and does not include implementation, follow-up execution, custom documentation, build work, or ongoing support.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Consultation fees are non-refundable and forfeited on cancellation.
A consultation may be rescheduled if you provide at least 72 hours' notice before the appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may be declined and the fee may be forfeited.
If BVOS needs to reschedule, we will offer a reasonable alternative appointment.
6. Project Work, Retainers, and White-Label Services
Following a consultation, BVOS may offer:
- a one-off project,
- an implementation package,
- white-label support,
- monthly retainer support,
- or another form of tailored engagement.
All such work is subject to separate scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, and payment terms agreed in writing.
White-label services may be delivered directly by BVOS or through approved team members, subcontractors, specialists, or partner providers working under BVOS direction.
7. Outsourcing and Third-Party Delivery
You acknowledge and agree that BVOS may, from time to time, outsource or delegate parts of a project where appropriate for specialist support, delivery capacity, technical execution, or white-label fulfillment.
BVOS remains responsible for managing client delivery at a business level, but third-party tools, contractors, and service providers may be involved in the execution of all or part of a service.
8. No Guaranteed Results
BVOS does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, revenue increase, lead volume, retention improvement, operational result, or business performance outcome unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Any examples, forecasts, recommendations, or case references are illustrative only and depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, timing, internal team, implementation quality, and business decisions.

10. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable as stated on the website, invoice, booking page, proposal, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- consultation fees are payable in advance
- project and retainer fees may require advance payment, deposits, staged payments, or monthly billing
- late payment may delay work, delivery, support, or access to services
All fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- all pre-existing BVOS materials, frameworks, templates, methods, systems, proposals, training materials, and internal processes remain the property of BVOS
- clients receive the agreed rights to use deliverables provided specifically for them, subject to full payment
- white-label and third-party components may remain subject to their own licence terms
- you may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute BVOS materials without written consent

13. AI and Automation Services
Some BVOS services involve AI systems, automation workflows, voice AI tools, third-party AI models, or AI-assisted content/process design.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, formatting issues, outdated assumptions, or unsuitable recommendations and should be reviewed by a human before reliance or implementation.
You remain responsible for business decisions, compliance decisions, publication decisions, and final approval of any AI-assisted outputs used in your business. Hong Kong's Privacy Commissioner has issued AI guidance emphasizing governance, human oversight, risk assessment, and compliance with the PDPO where personal data is involved.
14. No Legal, Financial, or Regulatory Advice
BVOS provides business support and strategic consultation. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, BVOS does not provide legal advice, regulated financial advice, tax advice, or formal compliance certification.
